Meet your guide, Maria Elliott
Maria lives in Killaloe, Co. Clare, Ireland, with her husband Tyrone and their three children. For more than 20 years, she managed the family supermarket she inherited from her father. During that time she carried a lot of responsibility, raised a family, and walked her own path through mid‑life changes, health decisions, and loss.
She is a certified You Can Heal Your Life® workshop facilitator and practitioner, an avid student of healing and mindset work, and a BRCA mentor who has supported her sisters and other women through significant health‑related decisions. BRCA is an important part of her story, but it’s not the whole story. Her heart is for women in mid‑life navigating all kinds of transitions.
Women who work with Maria often describe her as calm, compassionate, and reassuringly real. Her approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in the belief that you are not broken; you are a woman in a powerful season of change.

What if I can’t attend live every week?
All sessions are recorded. You’ll receive replays so you can catch up in your own time.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational and personal development programme based on the philosophies of Louise Hay. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
How many women will be in the group?
Group size will be kept to a manageable number so there is time for sharing and support. [Add your own number if you decide to cap it.]
Will I have to share very personal details?
You are always in choice. You can share as much or as little as feels right for you. The practices still work even if you keep some things private.
What if I fall behind?
There is no such thing as “behind”. You can move at your own pace and return to practices and replays whenever you need during your access period.
Will there be 1:1 support?
This is primarily a group programme. As Maria completes further life coaching/practitioner training, participants in this programme will be first to hear about future 1:1 and advanced offerings.
